Data Science / AI Internship
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work with real climate and sustainability datasets - cleaning, structuring, and turning raw data into clear insights for the team
- Use AI tools for research automation, data sorting, summarising information, and building organised knowledge resources
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and behaviour that support strategy and product decisions
- Build dashboards, comparison sheets, and insight documents using AI-assisted workflows that improve team output
- Apply data processing and visualisation to map opportunities across sectors and regions
Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Research Internship
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Run online research across sustainability, ESG, and climate topics, pulling from credible sources, reports, and data
- Use AI tools to speed up web research, extract key points, and organise findings into clear, structured briefs
- Turn research into content and reports - articles, summaries, fact sheets, and reference material used across the team
- Track sources, verify claims, and keep everything accurate and well-referenced
- Spot trends, statistics, and stories worth featuring in Earth5R's sustainability communication
Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Environmental Internship
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Study real environmental and climate datasets collected across India and turn them into clear insights
- Research sustainability frameworks, ESG regulation, and circular economy practices relevant to active projects
- Support programme documentation, impact tracking, and reporting - all remotely
- Map environmental opportunities across sectors, cities, and regions for expansion planning
- Contribute to sustainability briefs, content, and knowledge resources used across the team
Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
HR Internship
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support recruitment - screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication
- Help onboard new interns and team members and keep people documentation organised
- Use AI tools to streamline scheduling, tracking, and internal HR workflows
- Assist with team engagement, feedback collection, and process improvement
- Maintain clear records across hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day team operations

Marketing Internship
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, social channels, and email for Earth5R's programmes
- Use AI tools for content research, drafting, and campaign organisation
- Track engagement and campaign data to learn what resonates with enterprise and community audiences
- Support outreach for the Sustainability Professionals Directory and other initiatives
- Keep brand and messaging consistent and partner-oriented across all materials

In-Office Internship - Mumbai
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and learn how basic data science methods are used to organise tasks, track activities, and improve project planning
- Assist in preparing on-ground activities while using simple data tools to record participation, outcomes, and early GTM signals from the field
- Manage documentation, scheduling, and partner communication while applying AI tools for faster sorting, summarising, and workflow organisation
- Work with structured data entry, basic analysis, and report creation to help the team maintain clarity across different projects and departments
- Join internal planning sessions where data from fieldwork, partners, and user behaviour is reviewed to understand expansion opportunities
